Focus on change in Liechtenstein
The architecture exhibition in the Palazzo Trevisan examines the impact of modernity and globalization on Liechtenstein building culture over the past 100 years. Peter Staub, Associate Professor of Architecture and Visual Culture at the University of Liechtenstein, will develop and curate the exhibition together with international students at the University of Liechtenstein.

As part of this exhibition, a symposium entitled "Where are you from?" is planned on 18 October, looking at the role of the global architect. Outstanding young international architects such as Kathrin Aste, Andri Gerber, Asif Khan, Christopher Lee, Paula Nascimento, Stefano Rabolli Pansera, Eric Schuldenfrei, and Marisa Yiu have already agreed to speak at the symposium.

The exhibition will also come to Liechtenstein
In November 2014 the exhibition “Once upon a time in Liechtenstein” will be shown in the Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein, where the visitors will have the opportunity of seeing the Collateral Event previously presented in Venice.
“Once upon a time in Liechtenstein”, a Collateral Event of the 14th International Architecture Exhibition – la Biennale di Venezia is a project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Education and Culture of Liechtenstein together with the University of Liechtenstein and Liechtenstein Marketing.
